General Rules for FREE Truck Rental:

A deposit is required, see store for details.
No overnight Rentals
Only the driver on the contract is allowed to drive the truck
All rentals have some miles included. Additional miles may incur a charge.
Vehicle Insurance is REQUIRED. We offer Renters Insurance if needed.
Late returns may incur an additional fee.
Gas must be replaced or an additional fee may be incurred.

Vehicle and equipment returns are only accepted during normal office hours. Upon return, the inspection and contract close will be completed. If you are not present for the vehicle return inspection, it will be done in your absence.
Rental deposit refunds are available during normal office hours at the rental office where rented. You must bring your original rental documents with you at this time.
Customer agrees to pay a cleaning fee if the equipment is not returned in as clean a condition as when picked up. This determination shall be made by Tigers Eye Self Storage.
Payment for all estimated charges is due at the time of rental by cash, credit card or other method acceptable to Tigers Eye Self Storage. Payment for additional charges is due at the completion of rental in the same manner. Any charges that cannot be determined or that are not known to Tigers Eye Self Storage at the completion of the rental are payable by the customer immediately upon receipt of an itemized invoice.
Customer will return the equipment to Tigers Eye Self Storage at the time agreed and within the allowed mileage stated. A fee will be charged for any days, hours or mileage over those stated in the contract.
This rental agreement does not permit the rental of the vehicle for more than one day or past the time at which Tigers Eye Self Storage demands return of the vehicle.
Customer agrees there is no refund for unused time or mileage.
Renter is responsible for all tire repair and replacement including flats and punctures.
If for any reason renter's insurance does not pay for any or all of any such loss or damage suffered or incurred by Tigers Eye Self Storage, renter shall be personally liable to Tigers Eye Self Storage , for prompt payment of any amounts not paid by renter's insurer. This section shall survive the return of the vehicle and the termination of this Agreement. Renter agrees that he/she has read the front and back of this contract and agrees to the terms and conditions contained within.

Renter further agrees that he/she has automobile insurance that will cover renter's use and operation of the vehicle. Renter's insurance is primary coverage with respect to the vehicle, rental, use and operation. Renter agrees that Tigers Eye Self Storage , may process a claim in his/her behalf to recover damages to the vehicle. Renter agrees to reimburse Tigers Eye Self Storage, for any damage renters coverage may not cover.
